VIAZYM® FLOT is a liquid enzymatic preparation derived from Aspergillus niger, concentrated in pectinases: polygalacturonase, pectin methyl esterase, pectin lyase for a fast and efficient clarification. The absence of cinnamoyl esterase in VIAZYM® FLOT avoids the formation of volatile phenols.
