SULFOSSOL® 600 is an ammonium bisulphite solution that provides 600 g of SO2/L.
The originality of SULFOSSOL® is that it simultaneously provides the must or the grapes with SO2 and ammoniacal nitrogen, which is essential for the fermentation process to run smoothly.

SULFOSSOL® allows :
– protection against enzymatic oxidation
– the inhibition of bacteria and apiculate yeasts
– the dissolution of phenolic compounds in red wine making.
