NEO® SWEET is a yeast product selected for its richness in parietal polysaccharides. The uniqueness and performance of NEO® SWEET come from the characteristics of the original yeast and the control of its physiological development prior to its inactivation. NEO® SWEET contributes to the coating of tannins in red wines and helps to significantly reduce astringency. NEO® SWEET is particularly suitable for the production of red wines whose volume and suppleness are to be emphasised and whose colour is to be protected.
