NUTRICELL® FLOT is a complex nutrient, without any source of mineral nitrogen, specifically formulated for the flotation of white and rosé musts for an optimized start to alcoholic fermentation. Added to the racking of the tank before the yeast inoculation, NUTRICELL® FLOT ensures a good multiplication of the yeasts at the beginning of the AF and compensates for the deficits in solid matter on musts that are too clear (turbidity < 50NTU) at the end of the flotation.
