NUTRICELL® MIDFERM is a complex nutrient, without sulphate, whose use is recommended during AF to prevent or reactivate languishing fermentations. It releases mineral and organic nitrogen into the medium to reactivate the metabolism of yeast and yeast cell envelopes to eliminate possible inhibitors.
