NUTRICELL® START is a complex nutrient, without sulphate, recommended for the activation of alcoholic fermentation. When added to the yeast, it provides all the necessary elements to ensure perfect nutrition of the yeast: vitamins (including thiamine), minerals, mineral and organic nitrogen, survival factors.

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Activation of alcoholic fermentation of white, red and rosé wines in case of nutrient deficit in nutrients.
