PVPP

PVPP improves the stability of wines by eliminating phenolic compounds that are susceptible to oxidation and polymerisation and that compromise the colour, clarity and organoleptic qualities of wines over time. It can be used for the softening of red wines and the preventive and curative treatment of maderization of white wines.
