REFLEX MALO® HD is a lyophilized starter culture of Oenococcus oeni for malolactic fermentation. This strain of lactic acid bacteria has been selected for its ability to trigger MLF under high alcohol conditions and on tannic red wines.
It contributes positively to the aromatic profile of the wine by enhancing fruity and intense notes.
CHARACTERISTICS
