Highlights the volume and balances of white wines
Contributes youth and freshness to unbalanced sweet wines.
Highlights the aromatic intensity of the fruit while removing vegetal and herbaceous characters.
SUBLI’OAK is made of French oak selected from Limousin and Tronçais forests. The oak used for SUBLI’OAK originates from the same staves than the ones used for the production of barrels. The oak is air-dried for several months and loses its natural astringency and bitterness. The finesse and elegance of SUBLI’OAK are the result of a perfect blend between the two tannin qualities.
