VIALATTE FERM® R82 is a natural Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast selected by the Sofralab® Group for its ability to produce complex red wines with red and black fruit aromas from well matured grapes.

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Vinification of international red grape varieties and grape varieties sensitive to oxidation (Syrah, Carignan, etc.)
  • Production of concentrated and fruity red wines made from grapes of good maturity
  • Production of wines for medium to long ageing
