VIALATTE FERM® R96 is a natural Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast selected by the Sofralab® Group for its versatility and its ability to enhance the potential of the grapes, whatever their maturity or variety.
It allows the production of red wines with great aromatic freshness and fruity and spicy notes.
