VIALATTE FERM® W28 is a natural Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast selected by the Sofralab® Group for the production of aromatic and balanced white and rosé wines.
In particular, it optimises the development of thiols during the vinification of grape varieties rich in aromatic precursors.
