VITILACTIC® EXPRESSION is a lactic acid bacterium for direct inoculation, recommended for the production of red wines. It is particularly suitable in cases of adequate to high maturities.

VITILACTIC® EXPRESSION develops floral and fruity notes by synthesizing long-lasting esters that thus enhance the wine’s intensity and freshness.
