to difficult conditions. It is recommended for good management of malolactic fermentation for white and rosé wines with low pH levels or high degree red wines.VITILACTIC® H+ benefits from a
One Step process which enables improved acclimatization of bacteria in wine. Optimum fermentation temperature is between 16°C
and 18°C.
