Particularly alcohol tolerant, VITILEVURE® SENSATION reveals varietal aromas such as red fruits and norisoprenoids (violet notes). Its high enzyme activity give it good capacities at polyphenols extraction. VITILEVURE® SENSATION is particularly adapted to the winemaking of Syrah, Grenache, Sangiovese and Tempranillo grapes varieties.
